Background

Hazardous chemicals are present in the air, in consumer products, at the workplace, in water, or in the soil. They can cause several diseases including mental, behavioral and neurological disorders, cataracts, or asthma. Our bodies can be polluted by hundreds of chemicals that are not supposed to be there. The impact of pollution on human health is still unknown but we are beginning to understand how pollution affects humans.

• Principles of chemistry. Toxic, flammable and reactive chemicals. Hazard classifications
• Chemical SAfety Management SYstem Risk Assessment, GHS, SDS
• HAZMAT, Transportation & HAZCOM, Handling emergencies, treatment and chemical audits
