OSALP carried out Forklift and Mobile Crane operators training for ESBI (local Independent Power Plant) in Pakistan. The training consisted of theoretical as well as extensive practical sessions to make sure that participants qualify as competent.
OSALP carried out 2 days of Housekeeping training for Pakistan Tobacco Company. The training was based on the 6S model and was attended by a large audience. The training was designed specially, keeping in mind the specifics for PTC.
OSALP carried out six days of intensive HSE trainings for an oil company in the Kish Island. The objective of the training was to introduce new HSE training modules to the participants. The package also included state of the art training methodologies in adult learning ways. The participants also consisted of HSE managers and HSE staff.
OSALP International carried out 7 days of risk assessments of all the activities for Pakistan Tobacco Company. Each and every activity was assessed again and new control measures were adopted to reflect the requirements by Pakistan Tobacco Company.
OSALP was given the contract to manage the overall HSE aspect of an Early Production Facility HSE project Management for MOL and Schlumberger for their site at Makori.
OSALP carried out Risk Management Training for a prestigious client in Pakistan. The participants were trained in carrying professional risk assessment for their operation. The training also focused on breaking the process into activities as well as using the proactive and mitigation measures correctly.
OSALP carried out Train the Trainer for Workshop Safety for Schlumberger Pakistan. The trainers were trained so that they could carry out the same training internally for Schlumberger.
OSALP participated in the WorkSMARRT training for a consortium of trainers from 11 different countries in Abu Dhabi. The training objective was focused on behavioral based aspect and was highly appreciated and regarded useful by the participants.
OSALP was again invited to carry out another Injury Prevention Training for an oil and gas service company in the Kish Island of Iran.
OSALP carried out a Rollover Bars Study for a local client for their 4-wheel vehicles in Pakistan. The basic of the study was to find the best design that should be used on the 4X4 vehicles.
OSALP carried out Defensive Driving Course for Premier Kufpec in Islamabad. As a special arrangement, all the drivers were assessed before the course for their driving without their knowledge. OSALP consultant carefully assessed the drivers and then addressed the gaps in the training course. Later on, the drivers were again assessed in their practical training known as “Commentary Drive” and they performed with marked improvement in their driving habits.
OSALP Conducted Train the Trainer Injury Prevention course for a reputable oil and service company in Islamabad.
OSALP carried out Refresher Trainings for Schlumberger in Islamabad.
OSALP carried out Hazardous Areas Trainings for a multinational company in Pakistan. The training included Confined Space, Working at Height and Hot Works. The training was based on group workshops and included a test at the beginning and at the end of the session to evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
OSALP designed HSE ERP flowcharts in Urdu for a leading FMCG Company in Pakistan. The forms were designed to give a quick assistance to the concerned person in the hour of need. The forms that were designed included Fire, Flood, Earthquake, Accidents, Acid Spill, Medical Emergency etc.
OSALP carried out Environment Training for Descon Pakistan. The training was conducted while Descon was working at the BHPB Zamzama Development Project. The training was focused on the hazardous and non-hazardous waste management at the site. The training was followed on the audit along with the participants and a site environmental walk through.
OSALP carried out HSE for Managers course for PPL. The course was attended by the senior management of the Sui Plant. Later on OSALP was given a special shield by the field manger for conducting a successful and useful seminar for PPL.
OSALP carried out HSE for Managers course in Islamabad for one of its prestigious clients. The course was designed on the latest principals of learnings and OSALP used very advanced audio visual aids along with course objectives related practical activities.
OSALP delivered OHSE lectures for National University of Science and Technology. The lectures were highly regarded and appreciated by the participants.
