OSALP recently conducted “Safety Leadership Course” for the senior management of the Weatherford Drilling Service. The course contained extensive exercises and group workshop with respect to showing the safety leadership in every area of operation in the drilling industry. The course as highly appreciated by the participants with each participant generating 3 to 5 action points from the course which they agreed to implement in their area of operation.
