Occupational Health Auditors

Course Highlights:
This course is designed to train participants as Occupational Health Auditors. Since Occupational Health carries many variable factors , the individuals will be trained in numbers of audits and will also be practically evaluated.Some of the audits that the participants will be trained in are Noise, radiation, ergonomics, stress, food, travel related diseases, insects and animal bites, physical fitness, chemical health risks, pressure, vibration, heat and general occupational health and hygiene.
Learning Outcome:
- To obtain an understanding of the organization concerned, its structure, activities and processes.
- To gain insight into the health risks and how the organization addresses those risks.
- To evaluate and advise on the resources required to manage effectively and professionally both the specific health risks and the general problems in the workplace associated with health and ill health.
- Learn various types of audits required in the Occupational Health field namely, Noise.
Additional Note: A joint International Labor Organization/World Health Organization (ILO/ WHO) Committee defined “Occupational Health” back in 1950 as: ‘the promotion and maintenance of the highest degree of physical, mental and social wellbeing of workers in all occupations’.
