OSALP was contracted to develop a specialized and specific Rig Supervisor Safety Leadership course for IDS. The course was designed to highlight practical skills and techniques, supervisors need to use to engage rig crew in preventing accidents. The course contains 18 various group workshops for various contractors IDS uses. Around 500 employees were covered in 2018.
