This First Aid and CPR Course comprises of an in-depth approach to performing critical emergency interventions while equipping participants with the practical and theoretical skills to perform effective CPR on adult victims. The course is based on the latest first aid guidelines issued from the American Heart Association ( AHA).

Role of the first aid provider, approaching the patient, basic life support, airway, clearing the airway, protecting the airway, rescue breathing, compressions, Initial assessment, unresponsive patient, defibrillation, bleeding and shock, choking, continuous patient care, altered level of responses, specific first aid problem ( list of 18 problems and solution).
Learn how to react accordingly in various emergency situations, while maintaining self-confidence, composure and assurance to others.
Comply with the golden rule of “First do not harm”, while applying the principles of “calculated risks”.
Protect yourself against infection from the causality.
Step by step approach to handle all emergencies.
Use CPR on CPR manikin.

Dr Mutahir is a PhD in Engineering Management. He is PMP and MS in information technology as well. He has over 30 years of experience in training and management. He is the overall in charge of the course curriculum and each course is approved by him for delivery.
